Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission, on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 12:00 pm will be holding a meeting in the Assembly Chambers located at 12 South Nordic Drive.

  1. Consideration of a recommendation to the Borough Assembly to amend Title 19, Zoning, to address Wireless Communication Facilities
  2. Initiation of an amendment to Title 19, Zoning, to reduce the off-street parking requirement for residential dwellings from two spaces per unit to one space per unit.
