Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, September 8, 2026 12:00 pm

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission, on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 12:00 pm will be holding a meeting in the Assembly Chambers located at 12 South Nordic Drive.

Agenda includes:

1. Unfinished Business

A. Consideration on remand from the Board of Adjustment an application from Central Council Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska (CCTHIA) for a minor subdivision at 1200 HAUGEN DR (PID: 01-012-010).

2. Public Hearing Items

A.  Consideration of applications from Skylark Park LLC for:

• a platting variance from the lot frontage requirement for Lot 1 of the proposed subdivision allowing for creation of a flag lot.
• a platting variance from the requirement for a 40’ dedicated right-of-way along for 30’-33’ dedicated rights-of-way with 5’-7’ slope easements.
• a preliminary plat for a major subdivision at Lot 15B, Fort Magill Subdivision, recorded as Plat 2004-14; Gov’t Lot 14, Gov’t Lot 20, Gov’t Lot 21 within Section 33, T58 South, R79 East; and Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, Block A and Lot 5A, Block 221, within Skylark II Addition Subdivision, according to Plat 90-14.

B. Consideration of an application from David Thynes (agent) for a minor subdivision (consolidation) at 106 and 108 S SING LEE ALLEY (PIDs: 01-007-537, 01-007-535).

C. Recommendation of an ordinance to the Borough Assembly establishing a one-year moratorium on data centers.
