Residential

• 100 amp: overhead $800, underground $1,100
• 150 amp: overhead $900, underground $1200
•  200 amp: overhead $1000, underground $1500
• 400 amp (Class 320): overhead $1,200, underground $2,000

Residential temp connect fee   $250

Commercial

• 100 amp: overhead $1,200, underground $1,400 PLUS transformer costs           
• 150 amp: overhead $1,300, underground $1,500 PLUS transformer costs
• 200 amp: overhead $1,500, underground $2,000 PLUS transformer costs
• Over 200 amp: overhead $1,750, under $2,400 plus $15 per KVA requirement, plus transformer costs

Commercial overhead 3 phase

• 100 amp: $2,000 plus transformer costs
• 150 amp: $2,200 plus transformer costs
• 200 amp+: $2,500, plus $15 per KVA requirement, plus transformer cost

Commercial underground 3 phase

• 100 amp: $2,200 plus transformer costs
• 150 amp: $2,400 plus transformer costs
• 200 amp: $2,600, plus transformer cost
• Over 200 amp: $2,750, plus $15 per KVA requirement, plus transformer cost

Commercial temp:

• Single phase: $250
• Three phase: $850

Service upgrade fee:  Customers who request to upgrade service shall pay the difference between their current service connection fee and the requested service connect fee.

PERMIT FEES:

• Residential up to 6 sockets or outlets; heat pump installations:    $50
• Residential over 6 sockets or outlets:     $75
• Temp meter setting or other misc. works:    $50
• Commercial buildings:    $75 plus $.25 per socket or outlet
• The above fees include 2 inspections:  1 rough and one final
• Additional inspections:    $50
• For inspections of any electrical equip for which no fee is specifically prescribed:   $50
• Upon failure to make application and secure permit by the 2^nd workday after commencing work:  add $50 to permit fee.  Permits will be issued by the electrical inspector withing 72 hours from time of application, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded.
• Permit fees for Borough-owned projects or work may be waived by the utility director, however connection fees shall still apply.

Secondary service work:  If secondary service work is required, the customer will be charged actual costs.  Customers requesting such service outside of normal working hours shall pay actual labor costs, including overtime and double time pay rates that apply.
