Notice of Public Hearing on sale of Borough property

ASSEMBLY MEETING Monday, October 20, 2025 6:00pm

Notice is hereby given that the Borough Assembly, on Monday, October 20th, 2025, at 6:00 pm will be holding a meeting and public hearing in the Assembly Chambers located at 12 South Nordic Drive on the following applications:

An application from Skylark LLC to purchase borough-owned property for a public benefit purpose. The property is located at 1104, 1105, 1107, and 1111 ODIN ST, LOTS 3 and 5, PLAT 90-14, and GOV’T LOT 21 (PID: 01-010-752, 01-010-764, 01-010-760, 01-010-766, 01-010-247, 01-010-245, 01-010-430). Documents related to this application can be found on the Borough website.

Reconsideration by the Borough Assembly regarding an application from Dave Ohmer to purchase borough owned properties at 805 and 807 HAUGEN DR (PID’s: 01-006-321, 01-006-320).
